Candidate Booking Conditions.

Cancellation of a booking

In the event that you wish to cancel this booking, you must complete & return form B. This form will be your evidence of the cancellation should we make a claim. We reserve the right to change or cancel any training event, without any claim being made against Terratrain for any compensation, whatsoever.

Cancellation, Amendments & Contractual Charges

Cancellations notified 15 to 21 days prior to commencement date, 25% of full fee.
Cancellations notified 8 to 14 days prior to commencement date, 50% of full fee.
Cancellations notified less than 7 full days prior to commencement date, 100% of full fee.
Failure to be present at the start of the course or fail to attend any element of the course, 100% of full fee. Failure to correctly complete or comply with the requirements of this form and forms C, - 100% of full fee.
