Information provided to Terratrain must comply with the following principles:

Personal data gathered to that of the initial enquiry/ application process must be in the scope of the initial purpose informed to the data subject. Where personal data is gathered for a new purpose, the data subject must be informed. If the new data included sensitive data, the data subject must give active consent to this. No information will be passed on to third parties without the consent of the individual

• Not transferred to countries without adequate protection.
